To maximise your options and ensure a smooth start for your child, it’s best to start searching for a creche 6 to 12 months in advance. This gives you more than enough time to familiarise yourself with the facility and organise paperwork.
Depending on your chosen location and the time of year, reserving a spot can take anywhere from several weeks to a few months. The more nurseries you consider, the more time you should give yourself so you can weigh your options carefully.
How to do a nursery spot reservation at a KidsCare Nursery
For a KidsCare nursery spot reservation, please fill out our online pre-registration form or call us at 2899 2899-400. You can access our online form after selecting the KidsCare structure closest you.
- Note: You can pre-register online in several nurseries, but you’ll need to submit a separate form for each location.
Once we hear from you, a dedicated KidsCare advisor will contact you (in your preferred language) to discuss your needs and provide tailored information based on the location(s) you select.
After the initial contact, it’s time to schedule your first on-site visit. Your child doesn’t need to be present during this time. We’ll organise another adaptation meeting later so they can familiarise themselves with the team and their new environment.
During your visit, you’ll meet our educational team and have the opportunity to ask them questions. You can also observe the rooms and explore the general setting in which your child will spend their time while in our care.
If you’re happy after your tour, your dedicated KidsCare advisor will support you in finalising the registration.

To apply at one of our KidsCare locations, you’ll need the following documents:
- Birth certificate
- Proof of address
- Proof of income
- Medical certificate
- Vaccination record
