Created and managed by Babilou Family Luxembourg, the website www.kidscare.lu (hereinafter the “Site”) aims to provide parents (hereinafter the “Parents”) and candidates who wish to apply for a job or submit their application (hereinafter the “Candidates”) with useful, up-to-date and accessible information.
I - Prior information relating to services
The user can at any time:
- make a request for information using the contact and/or pre-registration forms. This service is intended for Parents and/or anyone who may be interested in the services offered by the company Babilou Family Luxembourg;
- select a daycare or home using the geolocated search service. This service lists the Group's daycares and homes Babilou Family Luxembourg;
- apply for a job or submit an application as a Candidate in the recruitment area;
- have access to publications, articles, news, and other information available on the Site.
These services are provided to the user free of charge.
II - Responsibilities and guarantees
Babilou Family Luxembourg shall not be liable in any way for any damage or injury suffered by Users when accessing, interconnecting, or downloading material or software from the Site.
Babilou Family Luxembourg cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss or harm suffered by the User on the Site due to the use of software.

Babilou Family Luxembourg authorises the creation of two hyperlinks to its website www.kidscare.lu for all websites, excluding those disseminating information of a controversial, pornographic or xenophobic nature or which may, to a greater extent, offend the sensibilities of the majority.
