Internship or Work-Study Program at KidsCare

The KidsCare network has a wealth of expertise and professionals (nursery assistants, early childhood educators, managers, etc.) in the field of early childhood who are eager to share their knowledge. We regularly take students for work-study placements in our childcare establishments. Future early childhood professionals can also benefit from our certified training center: the Academy of Children's Professions.

How to Get a Work-Study Internship at a KidsCare Nursery?

Our structures welcome trainees preparing for a diploma in early childhood throughout the year. They are followed by our human resources for dedicated exchanges regarding their internship experience. To complete a work-study apprenticeship at KidsCare, you can contact one of our nurseries or our headquarters directly. Bring a resume and a cover letter to support your application. You will then be contacted to refine your career plan and for a possible interview.

What Does Work-Study Involve?

Once the apprenticeship contract is signed, early childhood sector apprentices divide their time between school and the daycare structure. They learn closely from specialized educators. Our professionals guide them around our facilities, sharing their expertise with children on a daily basis. Work-study participants share their schedules, missions, and activities and fully benefit from their professional experience. In this way, they are perfectly trained for their future jobs.

Our Certified Training Center

KidsCare places great importance on the skill development of its early childhood professionals and trainees. Our accredited training center, the Academy of Children's Professions, allows our teams to benefit from a minimum of 32 hours of training over two years. This action is part of the continuing education plan requested by the Luxembourg Ministry. In this way, we promote career development and in-house employment.
