Professions in our nurserys KidsCare

You can work in a wide variety of jobs in our private nurserys and day centres.

The nursery assistant is responsible for the care of the children: changing, meals and naps. She takes care of the hygiene and safety of your children. She also participates in and supervises activities.

The educator of young children organizes educational and recreational activities, in accordance with the educational project of the nursery. His job is to accompany your children on a daily basis and to ensure their proper development. He is also responsible for the links with the families. He listens and exchanges with the parents of the children received.  

The nursery nurse works in collaboration with the referring doctor. She takes care of each child's medical file and monitors their health. With her, parents can benefit from advice adapted to each age. It organizes, in fact, times of exchange with them on various topics such as food or oral hygiene.

Finally, you can apply for management positions in our childcare systems. Depending on your previous experience, you will be able to access a job as assistant manager or obtain the position of establishment director. Do a work-study internship at KidsCare

Each year, our network of nurserys and day centers welcomes students intending to become childcare assistants or educators of young children.

Interns are supervised by our professionals who are themselves trained to monitor students. Their schedule alternates periods of internships and periods of study to best prepare them for their future job.

Student interns are also followed by a relationship manager with their school at the head office of KidsCare.

Internships can be done on a work-study basis but also in the form of short-term or long-term internships.
