Complete a work-study internship in a nursery KidsCare

The network KidsCare is strong of a great know-how and professionals (nursery auxiliaries, educators of young children, responsible for management ...) of early childhood eager to share their knowledge.
We regularly welcome students on work-study placements in our establishments welcoming children.
Future early childhood professionals can also take advantage of our approved training centre: the Academy of Childhood Professions.

How to get a work-study internship in a nursery KidsCare ?

Our structures welcome in apprenticeship throughout the year trainees preparing a diploma in early childhood. They are followed by our human resources for discussion times dedicated to their internship experience.
To carry out a work-study program at KidsCare, you can contact one of our nurserys or the head office directly.
Bring a CV and cover letter to support your application. You will then be contacted to refine your professional project and for a possible interview.

What is the alternation?

Once the apprenticeship contract has been signed, apprentices in the early childhood sector share their time between school and the host structure.
They learn closer to reality by following specialized educators.
Our professionals accompany them within our structures to share their know-how on a daily basis with the children. Work-study students share their schedule, their missions and activities, and fully benefit from their professional experience.
They are thus perfectly trained for their future employment.

Our approved training center

KidsCare gives a very important place to the development of the skills of its early childhood professionals and trainees.
Our approved training centre, the Academy of Childhood Professions, allows our teams to benefit from a minimum of 32 hours of training over two years. This action is part of the continuous training plan requested by the Luxembourg Ministry.
In this way, we promote professional development and internal employment.
