The EJE is trained as an educator at BAC+3 level. He must, in addition, demonstrate specific qualities to respond to this job.

The missions of the EJE
The profession of educator of young children consists in supporting the social and educational awakening of each child. The EJE accompanies the learning of the child's autonomy. It contributes to their emotional construction and promotes their development while guaranteeing their health and safety.
Her job is also to establish a good relationship with the families and inform them of the day's activities. He sets up, with them, educational and social actions for the good development of their child. He exercises the function of referent for the families in the host establishment.

Developing the skills of our EJEs
The training of educator of young children alternates studies and internships, in order to better know the environment and the expectations of education. Internships can take place in hospitals, nurseries or kindergartens.
