We are recruiting an Educator (F/M) on a permanent contract for our nursery and day center located in Junglinster.
Salary: 3200€ Gross/month
Your main tasks:
- Ensure the reception and supervision of children;
- Accompany children in learning the gestures of daily life and the rules of community life;
- Create a safe, loving and nurturing environment for children ;
- Propose and organize activities educational methods adapted to children’s development ;
- Constantly monitor the mental and physical integrity of children;
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the overall well-being of children;
- Support the child in his individual development;
- Observe and evaluate the individual progress of children, providing feedback to families;
- Maintain a relationship of trust with parents.
Your profile :
- You have obtained a diploma giving you access to the profession educator in Luxembourg (State Educator Diploma, EJE, Specialized Educator, Belgian A1 and A2 Educator Diploma, MEEF Master, Belgian Childcare Diploma, Diploma in education, etc.);
- You have a very good command of French, any other language will be considered an asset;
- Knowledge of the needs and development of young children;
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively;
- You are flexible;
- You are organized and dynamic.
Working conditions :
- Full-time position (40 hours per week);
