Book "Sustainable Education"

Babilou Family Luxembourg

Babilou Family commits to sustainable education with a new book

On the occasion of World Child Protection Day, Babilou Family and its Foundation launch "Sustainable education", a three-volume work designed to transform the teaching practices of professionals and support parents of children aged 0 to 6.

Designed after several months of collaboration with experts and field organizations in 10 countries, including Céline Pavani (Education Director at KidsCare Luxembourg), this work explores three key themes:

- Soft skills
- Know-how
- Living together

It provides practical tools to build children's self-confidence and curiosity, integrate nature into learning, respect individual rhythms and promote inclusion and collaboration between families and after school clubs.

Inspired by pedagogies such as Montessori and Freinet, this educational model is based on the latest advances in neuroscience. Structured around six pillars (safety, curiosity, nature, respect for rhythms, inclusion, and collaboration), it aims to prepare children to flourish in a constantly changing environment.

From 2025, the work will be translated and distributed internationally to reach an even wider audience.

Babilou Family thus reaffirms its ambition: to build a better future through sustainable education that benefits children, parents and professionals.
